The WINMAN WM606 is a miniature, high-precision automatic PU foam pad coating machine developed based on German FIPFG technology. It is specifically designed for micro-sealing applications in Mini LED displays, precision instruments, and small electronic components. This equipment boasts ±0.01% precise coating control and ±0.1% AB material mixing consistency, ensuring stable and reliable sealing performance. The machine achieves an IP67 protection rating and can operate continuously in a wide temperature range of -15°C to +45°C. Its energy consumption is as low as ≤4KW (50% more energy efficient than traditional models), allowing for efficient operation without air conditioning and significantly reducing operating costs. Equipped with dual 44L AB storage tanks, a dynamic high-speed mixing system, and customizable tooling fixtures, it supports rapid line changeovers and can operate continuously for over 500 meters after a single cleaning.
